Pudding Powder
Flavor Description: Pudding powder with caramel and egg flavor, moderate sweetness, and soft, spongy, and thick texture.
Storage Recommendations:

- Seal the bag after opening it.
- Expiration dates as marked on the package.
Instruction
Practice Ratio: (powder: water = 1:6)
Non-boiled Version
1. Mix 600g of hot water with 100g of pudding powder, stir until dissolved.
2. Pour into mold and leave it cool, then refrigerate until firm up and enjoy.
Boiling Version
1. In a pot, mix 100g of Pudding Jelly powder and 600g of water together, keep stirring and boiling for 10 seconds, then turn off the heat and stir again for about 2 seconds.
2. Pour into mold and leave it cool, then refrigerate until firm up and enjoy.
