Flavor Description : Traditional grass jelly, with a slightly cool grass flavor in the sweetness, smooth and refreshing, melts in the mouth.
Storage Recommendations:
- Avoid direct sunlight or moisture, keep in cool and dry place
- Seal the bag after opening.
- Expiration dates as marked on the package.
Instruction
Practice Ratio: (powder: water = 1:6)
Non-boiled Version
1. Mix 600g of hot water with 100g of Grass Jelly powder, stir until dissolved.
2. Pour into mold and leave it cool, then refrigerate until firm up and enjoy.
Boiling Version
1. In a pot, mix 100g of Grass Jelly powder and 600g of water together, keep stirring and boiling for 10 seconds, then turn off the heat and stir again for about 2 seconds.
2. Pour into mold and leave it cool, then refrigerate until firm up and enjoy.
