Milk Tapioca Pearl
Flavor Description: Tapioca pearl with milk flavor. The texture of chewy taste, good frost resistance, and long storage availability. The popular menu is bubble milk tea.
- Leftover tapioca pearls can be stored in the refrigerator, knocking with ice to reuse the next day.
Storage Recommendations:
- Avoid direct sunlight or moisture, and keep in a cool and dry place
- Seal the bag after opening it.
- Expiration dates as marked on the package.
Instruction
Practice Ratio: (pearl: water = 1:5)
1. Boil 5 portions of water, and add 1 portion of tapioca pearls to it.
2. Stir constantly until tapioca pearls float. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
3. Turn off the flame and allow the tapioca pearls to set for 25 minutes.
4. Rinse the tapioca pearls with cold water. Drain the tapioca pearls and soak them in the syrup.
5. Set aside for 10 minutes & ready to serve.
