Aiyu Jelly Powder

Flavor Description: Aiyu Jelly powder with honey lemon flavor, chewy and gel-like. Similar to the texture of grass jelly or agar-based crystal boba.

Storage Recommendations:

  1.  Avoid direct sunlight or moisture, and keep in a cool and dry place
  2. Seal the bag after opening it.

Instruction

Practice Ratio: (powder: water = 1:6)

Non-boiled Version

1. Mix 600g of hot water with 100g of aiyu jelly powder, and stir until dissolved.

2. Pour into mold and leave it cool, then refrigerate until firm up and enjoy.

Boiling Version

1. In a pot, mix 100g of Aiyu Jelly powder and 600g of water together, keep stirring and boiling for 10 seconds, then turn off the heat and stir again for about 2 seconds.

2. Pour into mold and leave it cool, then refrigerate until firm up and enjoy.
